Investigating - Canvas Support is currently having an issue with our phone provider, If you are trying to contact Canvas Support at this time we would recommend that you reach out to us via our chat system while we work closely with our phone provider to resolve this issue. At this time there is not an issue with Canvas as a software, just our incoming phone system. You can track this problem on https://status.sharpencx.com/
