Resolved - Some Canvas users were experiencing a 500 page error when doing various activities within Canvas between 2:03 PM MST and 2:22 PM MST. Our Engineering team was able to identify the cause of those errors, and Canvas have resumed to normal operating parameters.

Resolved - Users in the U.S. region were unable to access Arc between 10:57 and 11:05 AM MT. Our DevOps team was able to get the application up and running again. Users should be able to access Arc once again.

Resolved - Some institutions may have been experiencing an occurrence of long job processing times between 5:15 - 10:20 am MT (11:15 - 16:20 UTC) on June 3, 2019. Canvas processes that might have been affected include SIS imports, Gradebook exports, Course migrations, and Canvas notifications. Our devops team was able to identify and resolve the issue, Canvas is functioning as expected.

Canvas processes that might have been affected include SIS imports, Gradebook exports, Course migrations, and Canvas notifications. Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue that is preventing our agents to connect to our phone system. Sadly at this time the only way to contact us in support would be by using the Canvas Chat Feature. We are currently working with our provider to resolve this issue.

Monitoring - We're now seeing the long load times and page errors lowering back to expected levels within Canvas. We're continuing to monitor to ensure there's not further issues, or reoccurrences. We apologize again for this situation.

Update - We are continuing to investigate the cause of slow load times within Canvas. Unfortunately the load times have increased since the previous update, and some users are now experiencing time-out errors when trying to access Canvas. We will continue to work on getting these errors and slow load times remedied, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
